Back to Pop Shot Bricks YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

Privacy Policy.

Clear information about the data stored by the game and how third-party advertising services may use data.

Effective date: October 13, 2026 · Applies to the Android game Pop Shot Bricks (com.popshotbricks)

In brief: Pop Shot Bricks does not require you to register an account. Game progress is saved locally on your device. The game integrates Google AdMob, whose SDK may collect and share advertising-related data independently as explained below.

1. About this policy

Pop Shot Bricks (the “App”) is an Android arcade game published by Inque Labs (“we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains the information the App uses, what may be processed by integrated providers, and the choices available to players.

The App does not require a player account, registration, contact list or a custom Inque Labs gameplay server. We do not operate an online player-profile database for this App. Advertising providers may process data as described in Section 3.

2. Information stored on your device

The App uses react-native-mmkv to store app-private gameplay and settings information on your device. Depending on your activity, these records include:

  • Current and unlocked levels, completed level ratings and earned stars.
  • High scores, board snapshots and in-progress game recovery information.
  • Daily challenge completion dates and daily streak counters.
  • Sound, music and vibration settings.
  • Local counters used to determine ad frequency, such as completed levels.

This information is used to restore progress, remember your settings, calculate scores and offer the game features you expect. It is stored locally, not sent to a separate Inque Labs gameplay server. The main Android manifest disables app backup (allowBackup="false"). The current MMKV initialization does not supply an encryption key, so we do not claim local game records are encrypted by the App.

3. Google AdMob and third-party processing

Pop Shot Bricks uses Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show adaptive banner ads and interstitial ads at certain game transitions. Rewarded ads are not enabled in the current production configuration. Ad availability and behavior may change in future versions, in which case this policy will be updated.

Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process device and app information, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (which may indicate approximate location), permitted advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, ad performance, and SDK diagnostics. Processing may support ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, service integrity and personalization where permitted.

These third parties may process and retain information under their own policies. We do not sell the locally stored scores or game progress to advertisers or operate our own advertising-profile database.

5. Android permissions

PermissionWhy it is used
INTERNETGoogle Mobile Ads SDK, ad and consent communication.
VIBRATEOptional vibration feedback during gameplay.
AD_IDAdvertising identifier access by SDKs when available and permitted.

The current main Android manifest does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location permissions. A final release build may include permissions added by SDK dependencies; always verify the merged manifest before publishing.

6. Children's privacy

Pop Shot Bricks does not request a child's name, date of birth, email address or account creation to play. However, the App includes advertising services that may process information as described above. The developer must configure Google Play target audience and AdMob settings to match the app's actual audience. If children are included in the target audience, additional requirements under Google Play's Families policies and applicable children's privacy laws may apply.

Please contact us if you have a concern about children's information.

7. Retention and deletion

Local game records generally remain on your device until you remove them. The current Settings screen does not offer an active “clear all data” button. To delete locally saved game progress, use Android Settings → Apps → Pop Shot Bricks → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the App. Exact labels vary by device. These actions may permanently reset levels, scores and preferences.

Google and its partners independently determine retention of advertising data under their policies. Deleting the App or its local data does not necessarily delete data already held by those providers.

8. Data security

Game records are kept in Android app-private storage rather than a public gameplay account. We use reasonable measures for the systems we control. The privacy-policy website is intended to be delivered over HTTPS. Third-party SDK providers manage the security of the information they process. No electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed fully secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. For local game progress, use the deletion steps above. For Google-held data, use Google's own privacy settings and request channels.

For questions or requests regarding information controlled by Inque Labs, email us. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App, its integrated SDKs, advertising configuration or applicable privacy practices change. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version.
